Welcome to The Ayres House, located in Fayetteville West Virginia. This is a beautifully restored Vintage 50’s style bungalow. This lovely two-story nightly rental home sleeps up to 8 in four bedrooms. You will love the large living room and dining room. With a big screen and comfy leather sofa along with the 10 person table. In the kitchen, you have plenty of room to work and it has a breakfast nook. Relax in the cozy library on the first floor. The front porch is well shaded and breezy with comfortable chairs. Perfect for sipping a sundowner and watching the world go by. On the back porch, we have a picnic table and chairs along with a gas grill. Take just one step down from the back porch to the firepit area with chairs and benches. Perfect spot for roasting marshmallows and recounting the fun you had that day.

“A beautiful peaceful setting for a cabin. Very clean and well stocked. Our family enjoyed the yard and fire ring. Playing all day then coming inside to eat together and watch movies will be memories forever. Our large group had plenty of room inside and out. We rafted, hiked and biked. The hot tub was perfect to soak away the days activities.
